When two object pass the sensor’s ray, only one object is count de.
A slide is used for counting process and the sensor is fixed to the
slide. When very small objects are counted, there’s high risk of
clinging with each other.
Air drop method is used for counting, instead of s slide and this
prevents clinging of objects. Since the objects are fallen straight into
the sensor without passing any passages, make the count very precise.
Broad infrared beam counts very single object by the ripple occured when objects pass the sensor.
